1 General Introduction and Acceptance

bdbajiee (bdbajiee.cam) is an entertainment platform operated for online gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh. By using this website or application, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the bdbajiee platform. These terms are written for users in Bangladesh.

These terms apply to all services on the bdbajiee platform — including slot games, cricket betting, live casino, and all other gaming sections. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on the bdbajiee platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. If anyone registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, email, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may cause account verification to fail and withdrawals to be suspended.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdbajiee may at any time request valid identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until this verification process is completed.

3 Account Security and User Responsibilities

Keeping your account password and login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• Do not leave your session active on a shared or public device.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
• A bdbajiee account may not be transferred or sold to any other person.
• The payment method registered on your account must be registered in your own name.

bdbajiee will not be held responsible for any security breach unless it is proven that the fault occurred within the platform's own systems.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdbajiee currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. New payment methods may be added in the future.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing may be delayed in cases involving identity verification or suspicious activity.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that they are using only funds earned through lawful means. Using funds from illegal or suspicious sources is prohibited, and accounts will be suspended in such cases.

4.5 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the bdbajiee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after it has been wagered ten times. Bonus funds will remain separate until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each account may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used in games.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another bonus unless stated otherwise.
• bdbajiee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The bdbajiee VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier through continued active play.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

bdbajiee is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment. The outcome of all games on the platform is determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

• Users must always play with honesty and good sportsmanship.
• Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• bdbajiee reserves the right to void winnings obtained as a result of a technical error or system failure.
• Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies during game operations.
• Any decision made by bdbajiee regarding game results or betting markets is considered final.

If a user has an objection to a game result, they may contact our support team. Once the investigation is complete, bdbajiee's decision will be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdbajiee platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to improperly exploit bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Any cyber activity aimed at weakening or bypassing the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbajiee platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, software, and other materials — is owned by bdbajiee or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from the platform without the prior written permission of bdbajiee. General personal and non-commercial use of the platform is permitted.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bdbajiee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bdbajiee is not responsible for the following:

• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
• Failure of third-party services or payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Indirect or incidental losses resulting from an unsatisfactory experience on the platform.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

In any circumstance, bdbajiee's total liability will not exceed the value of the relevant transaction.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Age or identity verification fails.

11.2 User Request

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your own account. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided there is no pending investigation.

12 Changes to Terms

bdbajiee reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.

For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you are requested to stop using the platform and apply for account closure.
